Create your first business

In Tovan, everything belongs to a business: entries, team members, documents, and reports. You can have more than one business under a single account — for example a shop and a separate service business.

Steps

1. Sign in to app.gettovan.com
2. Choose Create business
3. Enter the business name and basic details
4. Save — you're in

Trial rules

• Each new account can create up to 2 trial businesses
• Each trial lasts 90 days with all features unlocked
• After the trial, each business needs its own yearly subscription (see Pricing)

Multiple businesses

Each business is fully separate: its own entries, its own team, its own reports and storage. Switch between businesses from the business selector in the app. Team members you invite to one business cannot see your other businesses.
