Getting started with Tovan

Tovan helps you track your business income and expenses in minutes a day. Here's how to get going.

1. Open the app

Go to app.gettovan.com in your phone or computer browser. You can also install it to your home screen so it works like a regular app — even offline.

2. Sign in

Sign in with your mobile number. You'll receive a one-time password (OTP) to confirm it's you. No separate password to remember.

3. Create your first business

Give your business a name — that's it. You get a 90-day free trial with all features, no card required. See Create your first business for details.

4. Add your first entry

Tap Add, choose Income or Expense, enter the amount, and save. That's your first entry. Everything else — categories, notes, attachments — is optional.
