View and export reports
Reports turn your entries into answers: how much came in, how much went out, and what's left.
Viewing reports
- Open your business in Tovan
- Go to Reports
- Pick a period — daily, monthly, or yearly
You'll see totals for income, expenses, and the balance for the selected period, broken down by category.
Exporting
Reports can be exported so you can:
- Share them with your accountant
- Keep your own records outside the app
- Print them for paperwork
Choose the export option on the report screen and pick the period you need.
Tips
- Categorise entries — reports group by category, so consistent categories = clearer reports
- Check monthly — a five-minute monthly review catches mistakes early
- Team members' entries are included automatically, in real time
