Can I use Tovan offline?

Yes. Tovan is built offline-first. You can add income and expense entries without internet, and everything syncs automatically when you're back online.

Can multiple workers use one business?

Yes. You can invite team members to your business. They can record entries, and you control what each member can see and do.

How secure is my data?

Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption in transit, daily backups, and strict tenant isolation — each business's data is separated at the database level. Only you and the team members you invite can access your business.

Can I export reports?

Yes. Reports can be exported so you can share them with your accountant or keep your own copies.

How much storage do I get?

Every paid business includes 2 GB of document storage for bills, receipts, and photos. You can add 5 GB more anytime for ₹199 per year.

How does the free trial work?

You get 90 days free with all features, for up to 2 trial businesses. No card required. After the trial, each business costs ₹350 per year.

Can I renew early?

Yes. You can renew before your subscription expires, and the new period is added on top of your remaining time — you never lose days.

Which languages does Tovan support?

Tovan is available in English, Hindi (हिन्दी), and Gujarati (ગુજરાતી). You can switch language anytime in the app.

How do I pay?

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. You can pay with UPI, cards, net banking, and popular wallets.

Can I delete my account and data?

Yes. You can request account deletion at any time, and your data will be permanently removed. See the Delete Account page for steps.
