Invite workers to your business

Your team can record entries too — you don't have to type everything yourself. You stay in control of what each member can see and do.

Invite a member

  1. Open the business in Tovan
  2. Go to Team (or Members)
  3. Choose Invite member and enter their mobile number
  4. They sign in with their own number and OTP, and the business appears in their app

Roles and permissions

The business owner controls each member's access — for example whether they can only add entries or also view reports. Review a member's access any time from the Team screen.

Removing a member

Remove a member from the Team screen. They immediately lose access to the business; entries they recorded stay with the business.

Common questions

Do workers pay anything? No. The subscription is per business, not per user. Invite as many team members as you need.

Can a worker see my other businesses? No. Members only see the businesses they were invited to.
