Using Tovan offline

Tovan is built offline-first. Weak network or no network — your work continues.

What works offline

Everything you do offline is saved on your device and synced automatically the moment you're back online.

How sync works

  1. You add an entry while offline — it's stored safely on your device
  2. Your connection returns
  3. Tovan uploads the pending changes and pulls anything new from your team
  4. Everyone sees the same, up-to-date business

No buttons to press. Sync is automatic.

What needs a connection

A few things require internet: signing in (OTP), inviting team members, uploading document attachments, payments, and exporting reports.
