Refund Policy

We keep refunds simple and fair. Payments are processed via Razorpay.

Try before you pay

Every business starts with a 90-day free trial with all features. We encourage you to fully evaluate Tovan during the trial before paying — this is why paid subscriptions are generally non-refundable.

When you are eligible for a refund

  • Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same subscription period — the duplicate amount is refunded in full.
  • Payment without activation: money was deducted but your subscription did not activate within 24 hours — refunded in full (or the subscription is activated, your choice).
  • First purchase, within 7 days: if this is your first paid subscription for a business and Tovan does not work as described, contact us within 7 days of payment and we will refund it.

When refunds do not apply

  • Partial refunds for unused time after cancellation mid-period
  • Renewals you forgot to cancel, once more than 7 days have passed
  • Storage add-ons already consumed

How to request a refund

Email support@gettovan.com with:

  1. The mobile number on the account
  2. The payment reference / transaction ID
  3. A short description of the issue

We respond within 48 hours. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days (timing depends on your bank and Razorpay).
